Summer Kick-Off Retreat | Friday, May 24th - Monday, May 27th

Rest and roam during Memorial Day weekend in the Hudson Valley at Yoga Vida Farms. Lindsey and Rebecca will be teaching twice daily yoga sessions during your 3 days upstate. Practices include vinyasa and Ashtanga style movement classes and guided meditations - including yoga nidra.
There will be an optional workshop exploring arm balances and inversions. All level yoga practitioners are welcome for the weekend!
Between classes enjoy walks in the woods, swimming in the fresh spring fed pond, bonfires and stargazing. Chef Davis Lindsey will prepare farm grown vegetarian meals – which happen to be mostly vegan and gluten free. There are optional snack and beverage add-ons for your group.

Go Deep Retreat | Thursday June 27 - Sunday June 30

Head upstate and take a deep dive into your Yoga practice on and off the mat. Jai will focus on Strength and Alignment in 4 asana classes, and hold multiple philosophical talks to engage in relevant dialogue as it pertains to Yoga today. In addition to classes and chats, there will be 4 Workshops exploring Bandhas (the locks) and Yoga Energetics, and 2 Pranayama breathing sessions. Leave with a better understanding for proper technique in your yoga practice.

Between classes and sessions, explore the grounds of YVF via hikes, walks, swims and more.
Guests will enjoy 3 vegetarian meals each day prepared by Chef Davis Lindsey, formally of Blue Hill at Stone Barns.

Jai Sugrim is an advanced certified Jivamukti yoga teacher, athletic trainer, public speaker and recognized men’s health expert. He has a scientific approach for bringing the human body and mind into harmony. Jai has worked with many professional athletes, including the New York Yankees. As a spiritual guide and health educator, Jai enjoys sharing his healthy lifestyle and enlightened teachings with students through his retreats and writing.

Sun, Moon, Earth Retreat | Thursday, July 11th - Sunday, July 14th

Retreat in nature and situate closer to the elements at Yoga Vida Farms. Enjoy mid summer upstate where the grass is soft and green, water crystal clear and a blanket of stars covers at night. Dina will teach the sun-inspired warming morning practice, followed by an evening restorative session led by Erin under the light of the moon.
There will be an optional afternoon aromatherapy workshop with Erin where you’ll have the chance to create your own wild-crafted blend – as well as an optional arm balance or inversion workshop taught by Dina. Between and after classes enjoy walks in the woods, swimming in the fresh spring fed pond, bonfires and stargazing.

This upstate yoga-focused weekend will have lots of options for both invigorating practice and rejuvenating relaxation. Join Arlynn and Jeffrey for a midsummer getaway to restore and renew in the Hudson Valley. Practice offerings include morning Ashtanga – a half-led primary series suitable for all levels, afternoon vinyasa classes, guided meditation and breathwork sessions, and a chance to join 3 different workshops: The Art of Floating, Inversions, and Chakra Tuning.
