Yoga Vida Farms is a Hudson Valley retreat center nestled inside a 30,000 acre state forest, 2 hours north of New York City. The 62-acre estate has a four-acre sustainable farm and greenhouse, which provide the produce for three imaginative meals per day. There is a spring fed pond for swimming on the property, trails and hikes in the woods, and a barn turned movement facility that supports yoga, meditation, dance and other classes. Please join one of the scheduled retreats, or reach out if you’re interested in using the whole property for your private group upstate getaway experience.

The vision of Yoga Vida Farms is inspired by multiple retreats to India in which Mike Patton, cofounder of Yoga Vida, dreamt of a space to slow down and connect to people and nature. YVF is committed to holistic wellness and sustainable agriculture; and supports farm and business practices that propagate responsible stewardship of our land and resources. The farm has a solar-powered composting facility to manage its waste stream and feed its vegetables, a small orchard in restoration, an experimental apiary for queen rearing, and a bountiful landscape of mushrooms, wildflowers and herbs. YVF is a proud member of 1% for the planet. We partner with friends and organizations to host events and retreats of all kinds where food – community – and awareness of the environs are at the core.
